Discounts must be honest and not created by raising prices before the sale.

This event is meant to be collaborative, drama-free, and community-focused.
✨ Respect intellectual property.
Be mindful about designs, characters, and content you use. While we aren't responsible for what shops post, we do monitor for obvious infringement and may remove listings that violate IP rules.
✨ No Hateful content.
All participating shops must align with inclusive, community-safe standards.
✨ Promote the event at least once.
Sharing the sale graphic and details helps boost visibility for everyone involved.
✨ Meet all deadlines.
Graphics, links, and shop info must be submitted on time. Missing deadlines may result in you missing promotional opportunities.
✨ Provide accurate links and information.
We use what you submit, so double-check everything. Incorrect or broken links may remove your listing from the event page.
✨ Keep your turnaround times realistic and communicate delays.
Physical-product shops must have accurate TATs displayed; digital products must deliver instantly. If delays happen, you must notify your customers promptly.
✨ Communicate with us if anything changes.
If you run into issues, let us know as soon as possible so we can support you and keep the event running smoothly.

How Applications Are Chosen
Once your application is submitted and payment is received, we complete a quick vetting process to ensure your shop aligns with our event guidelines. If for any reason we’re unable to include your shop in the sale, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
