A chance for you to meet us, see how we operate, and get familiar with what we’re building behind the scenes. We’re here to make things transparent, inclusive, and easy to navigate.

Fee Info
The $50 participation fee covers the costs of running our website, including the domain, hosting fees, and any necessary apps. It also helps cover the cost of advertising on Meta and compensates us for the time we spend creating graphics, creating content, hosting workshops, and promoting the sale to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What We Ask Of You

Be kind, be professional.
This event is meant to be collaborative, drama-free, and community-focused.

Your shop must be active and open.
You need a functioning storefront with current listings and a reliable checkout experience for customers.

Use the official event code we provide.
All participating shops will use the same sale code for consistency. You’re responsible for setting it up correctly on your site and keeping it active for the entire event.

No bait-and-switch or inflated pricing.
Discounts must be honest and not created by raising prices before the sale.

Meet all deadlines.
Graphics, links, and shop info must be submitted on time. Missing deadlines may result in you missing promotional opportunities.

Provide accurate links and information.
We use what you submit, so double-check everything. Incorrect or broken links may remove your listing from the event page.

Keep your turnaround times realistic and communicate delays.
Physical-product shops must have accurate TATs displayed; digital products must deliver instantly. If delays happen, you must notify your customers promptly.

Respect intellectual property.
Be mindful about designs, characters, and content you use. While we aren’t responsible for what shops post, we do monitor for obvious infringement and may remove listings that violate IP rules.

No Hateful content.
All participating shops must align with inclusive, community-safe standards.

Promote the event at least once.
Sharing the sale graphic and details helps boost visibility for everyone involved.

Communicate with us if anything changes.
If you run into issues, let us know as soon as possible so we can support you and keep the event running smoothly.

How Applications Are Chosen

We use a first-come, first-serve application process, with a maximum of 30 participating shops in each sale. There is no lottery or random selection, and spots are reserved for those who submit first. New or established, digital or physical, and any style or aesthetic, all planner shops are welcome to apply.

Once your application is submitted and payment is received, we complete a quick vetting process to ensure your shop aligns with our event guidelines. If for any reason we’re unable to include your shop in the sale, you’ll receive a 100% refund.

Before the sale, we check that your shop:

✨ Has an active, functioning storefront
✨ Fulfills orders reliably and communicates well
✨ Maintains a positive presence in the community
